From I-65 north, take the Kimberly-Morris Exit 275. Turn right at the end of the exit. At the next stop, turn left onto Highway 31 North (Decatur Hwy.) At the next light turn right onto Morris-Majestic Road. Turn right at the walking track and the Morris City Hall onto Stouts Road. The office is next door to the Morris Police Station.
